At this meeting we will be discussing all things to do with native bee honey.

Cassandra (one of our members) won the Native Bee Honey section at the 2024 Royal Easter Show in Sydney. She has also undertaken the training needed to judge honey at Agricultural shows. Cassandra will share her experiences both as a judge and as an entrant.

The Bellingen Show on the 24th and 25th of May has announced a brand new Native Bee Honey competition.  For those who have harvested honey, this is your opportunity to enter and showcase your produce.

We recommend that you re-read chapter 12 of Tim Heard's book to before the meeting.  

Location: North Coast Regional Botanic Garden, cnr Hardacre St and Coffs St, Coffs Harbour - we will meet at the tables inside the entrance
