Dean Haley is the owner of True Blue Bees, chair of the Brisbane Branch of the ANBA as well as chair of the Honey Subcommittee of ANBA and Author of “The Honey of Australian Native Stingless Bees”.

Dean is also a highly knowledgeable stingless beekeeper originally from regional New South Wales. He will delve into the fascinating topic of how stingless bees respond to cold temperatures. He will discuss crucial aspects such as brood regulation, the importance of insulation, the use of styrofoam covers, and various box designs.
