Please join us on Sunday 6th November, Bulimba Community Centre. Our guest speaker will be Sarah Hamilton, and her talk is "Bee-ing Yourself: One beekeepers experience of building a lifestyle through her small business".

Sarah is the owner of Bee Yourself and has a recognised passion to inspire and educate the community about the benefits of native bees. Sarah will talk about her journey into the world of meliponiculture (keeping stingless bees). 

In this casual presentation Sarah will discuss:

•her journey into the beekeeping business,

•the box design and method she uses,

•how bee therapy is one of her favourite projects.

Sarah Hamilton, of Bee Yourself is a Meliponist (aka Stingless beekeeper). She considers education, conservation and a deep desire for people to have an authentic relationship with nature, and with themselves, paramount to her business.
